Pepro LLC Introduce the Micro Radio Site Providing 27 Rack Units in an ATV-Towable, Lightning-Safe Enclosure

Company Representative March 4, 2011 Product & Service Announcements, Technology

Oil City, Penn. — Pepro LLC (www.peprollc.com), the leading manufacturer of shielded enclosure systems for stationary and mobile applications, today announced it will make the first public display of its new Micro Radio Site at the International Wireless Communications Expo in Las Vegas, beginning on March 9, 2011.

The Micro Radio Site’s sturdy welded aluminum uni-body design can be configured for any situation that calls for deployment in locations that are remote, hidden or restricted by zoning laws. It does not require any excavation or foundation, eliminating the need for geotechnical, environmental impact and archeological studies. Optional features such, as a 20-foot unguyed tower, HVAC, solar panel bracket and more, make it a self-sustaining radio site that can be deployed by ATV, pickup truck or helicopter in a few hours, and removed just as easily without any lingering footprint.

“This is our most flexible enclosure yet in terms of deployment and mobility, and provides all of the patented Faraday cage technology of our larger sites,” said Vic Garmong, Pepro LLC President. “The Micro Radio Site was recently tested by Lightning Technologies Inc and proven to withstand more than a million volts and 87,000 amps without any interruption in operation. Pepro enclosures are the only way to know your equipment is safe, and now you can put a Pepro mobile radio site almost anywhere.”

Pepro has provided shielded enclosures based on its patented Faraday cage technology for 18 years without a single loss of protected equipment. The new Micro Radio Site has met the same rigorous testing standards as Pepro’s existing enclosures.
