Company Representative June 2, 2011 Product & Service Announcements

LONGMONT, Colo., June 2, 2011 — When the people of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in North Dakota and South Dakota use their cell phones to call 9-1-1, they will soon have access to more reliable and advanced wireless emergency communications services.

Intrado Inc., a leading provider of 9-1-1 technology solutions, today announced an agreement to provide Wireless Phase I and Phase II services to Standing Rock Telecommunications, Inc. (SRTI). A tribally-owned wireless carrier, SRTI serves people throughout the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation in North Dakota and South Dakota. The reservation is made up of mainly Corson and Sioux counties and consists of 2.3 million acres. The total reservation population is approximately 10,000.

Intrado – through its hosted suite of wireless E9-1-1 emergency communications products – will provide wireless solutions and services that enable Standing Rock Telecommunications to offer its subscribers improved 9-1-1 services that feature increased accuracy in locating callers. This deployment is Intrado’s first with a tribally-owned wireless carrier.

“Standing Rock Telecom is proud to offer premium cellular and broadband services to the Standing Rock area. Our subscribers are important to us and enhanced 9-1-1 will be a standard feature in all of our wireless services,” said Miles McAllister, general manager for SRTI. “Our company is powering the future and providing for the safety of our customers with enhanced 9-1-1 services.”

Intrado now provides E9-1-1 services to more than 70 Tier III wireless carriers in the United States. With its industry-leading solutions and partnership approach, Intrado is enabling a growing number of Tier III carriers to efficiently and cost-effectively deploy Phase I and Phase II 9-1-1 emergency calling capabilities for their customers, which in turn will assist with enhancing emergency response.

“Intrado is proud to have been selected by Standing Rock Telecommunications as its provider of Wireless Phase I and Phase II services,” said Dami Hummel, vice president and general manager of the Intrado Mobility Division. “We’re honored to have the opportunity to help protect the lives and property of the people of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.”
