Alexandria, Va. — The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International is offering public safety practitioners additional savings on their registration for APCO 2013, APCO’s 79th Annual Conference & Expo.

On April 2, APCO will hold “Flash Day” during which full, associate and commercial APCO members in good standing can save $100 off of the early registration fee. Non-members can save up to $300 on their registration by joining APCO prior to April 2.

APCO 2013 will be held August 18-21 in Anaheim, California and is expected to draw a very large crowd of attendees from across the globe.  This event is a combination of educational sessions, networking events and an exhibit hall featuring a variety of products and services used by public safety communications professionals.

“We are at a crucial time in public safety communications, with all of the technological advances, increased public expectations and tight budgets. We want to make it easy for as many practitioners to attend as possible, so we’re doing whatever we can to help,” said Lisa C. Williams, director of events and corporate outreach for APCO.
