Tennessee: Incident Management & Emergency Responder Command & Communications Rally

ITS America is pleased to invite emergency responders to attend a FREE Incident Management and Emergency Responder Command and Communications Rally at the 2013 Annual Meeting and Exposition in Nashville, Tenn.

FREE admittance includes:

Emergency Responder Day Kick off and Exhibit Hall Tour 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Join us in the exhibit hall theater to connect with other emergency responders. We’ll lead a VIP tour of the exhibit hall allowing you to network with ITS companies focusing on the emergency response community and market.

Communications Rally 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Tennessee Emergency Management, Metro Nashville, and Tennessee Highway Patrol will demonstrate interoperability communications between various agencies based on a simulated earthquake scenario.

Vehicle Tours 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Vehicles and equipment will be on display during the rally from Tennessee DOT Strike Team, Tennessee DOT HELP Safety Service Patrol, Tennessee Dept. of Health, North Carolina Safety Service Patrol, American Red Cross, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Tennessee Bomb & Arson Unit, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Tennessee Dept. of Correction, Metro Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn. and Williamson County, Tenn.

Exhibit Hall Access 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ER professionals will have full access to the exhibit hall, including an exhibitor guide and tour at 10:00 a.m. to network with ITS companies specifically supporting the ER community and market.
