Ohio Dispatcher Helps Grandmother Deliver Baby Using APCO EMD Card

Last Thursday was just another shift for Geauga County Sheriff’s Office Dispatcher Aaron Holman.

Holman recently helped a grandmother assist in the delivery of a baby through the use of the county’s 9-1-1 system.

Around 6:50 a.m. on June 27, Holman received a call from a grandmother, who said she thought her daughter was having a baby. She told him her daughter’s water broke Tuesday.
