Discover TriTech’s Next Generation PSAP Solution at APCO 2013

Agency Representative August 17, 2013 Product & Service Announcements

ANAHEIM, CA (August 16, 2013) – As Public Safety Communications Professionals navigate through the economic and technology obstacles that  challenge their agencies, TriTech Software Systems has responded by investing in research and development to help them  adapt to the dynamic changes in the industry. TriTech Software Systems (www.tritech.com) will showcase its next generation PSAP solution at APCO International Conference on August 19-20 in Anaheim, California. Leveraging communications as the hub of the public safety enterprise, TriTech’s Inform Public Safety Suite provides integration across users and environments to ensure efficiency and accuracy. TriTech’s team members will be on hand to discuss the benefits of its next generation PSAP solution in educational sessions and showcase its product innovations in their exhibit booth.

TriTech Activities at APCO

  • TriTech Founder and CEO Chris Maloney will present, “Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Texting – Integrating Consumer Technologies into Public Safety Software,” on Wednesday, August 21 at 1:15 PM in Room 207C. Attendees in this engaging session will explore ways in which the communication tools and applications that we use each day to communicate in our personal lives can be incorporated into our public safety software.
  • TriTech will be in booth #1611 showcasing their integrated Inform Public Safety Suite. TriTech’s Inform Solutions provide an integrated workflow throughout its 911, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Data, Field Reporting, Records and Jail Management, and IQ search and analytics suite of applications.
  • At APCO 2013, TriTech will be proudly showcasing TriTech.com IQ, the cloud-based version of Inform IQ, which was selected as an APCO 2012 Hot Product. Leveraging the reliability and security of Nlets, IQ empowers agencies with the ability to collect data from multiple sources (CAD, RMS, Jail, and 911)  in real time and leverages the power of a free-text search engine to deliver results quickly and securely.
  • A trip to Southern California is not complete without a visit to the beach. Many APCO attendees will not have time to visit the beach during the conference, so TriTech will be bringing the surf to APCO. Attendees are invited to “Hang 10” at the TriTech Surf Shack (Booth #1611) for an opportunity to catch a wave and smile as a professional photographer captures the moment. Surfers will receive a photo souvenir of their APCO beach experience, and in exchange TriTech will be taking donations for Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
