TriTech’s Operations Team successfully transitioned 53 customers from its on-premise billing and electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) solutions to its cloud-based counterparts. TriTech has over 275 customers on its EMS cloud-based solutions – TriTech.com Billing and TriTech.com ePCR. TriTech.com Billing is the EMS industry’s leading cloud-based solution for EMS billing, reimbursements, and collections. When integrated with TriTech.com ePCR, up to 90% of the data entry is defaulted into the EMS billing program, thereby eliminating repetitive data entry for the billing staff and allowing them to focus on other areas, such as collections or catching up on backlogged work.
Big Rapids Police Department went live as the first agency using TriTech.com Analytics, a cloud-based reporting and analytics solution. TriTech has partnered with Nlets, the premiere interstate justice and public safety network, as the hosting facility for its public safety cloud applications – TriTech.com IQ and TriTech.com Analytics. Combined with IQ which aggregates 911, CAD, RMS, and Jail data into one common repository, TriTech.com Analytics provides visual dashboards to transform complex data from multiple disparate systems into easy-to-understand views.
