June 30, 2016The public safety communications career of Mr. Reynolds began in 1965 when he joined Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office in Littleton, Colorado. as a deputy. Prior to this, he served in the United States Army in Europe and then worked for J.C. Penney’s Region Headquarters in Denver.
