Meet Your AFC Advisors: Stuart Snow (Arizona)

AFC, APCO’s frequency coordination department, is pleased to introduce its network of dedicated local advisor volunteers. APCO’s advisors are responsible for frequency coordination in their home state and we would like to bring awareness and recognition to the dedication they exhibit on a daily basis. Please feel free to reach out to our local advisors with any questions dealing with FCC Part 90 licensing and frequency coordination.

stuartsnowStuart Snow has been an APCO Local Advisor for the State of Arizona for 4 years.  He has over 30 years of experience in the radio and telecommunications fields and has spent the last 18 years in Public Safety communications. Stuart is the Frequency Manager for the City of Phoenix and the Regional Wireless Cooperative. He also currently serves as Chairperson of the Region 3 800 MHz RPC. Stuart is a US ARMY veteran and was assigned to the White House Communications Agency under Presidents Reagan and Bush Sr.  He enjoys singing and outdoor activities with his family. Stuart also holds a Private Pilot rating and is currently building his own airplane.
