Meet Your AFC Advisors: Thomas Kadunce (Delaware)
AFC, APCO’s frequency coordination department, is pleased to introduce its network of dedicated local advisor volunteers. APCO’s advisors are responsible for frequency coordination in their home state and we would like to bring awareness and recognition to the dedication they exhibit on a daily basis. Thomas Kadunce has been an APCO Local Advisor for 6 years. He retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service. Thomas now serves as the Operations Manager for the State of Delaware public safety communications system. He holds a degree in human resource management and avionics technology as well as extensive training in trunked radio technology through Motorola and Harris technical training institutes. Thomas has spent his life in public service and truly believes the core values taught in the Air Force. ”Integrity first, Service before self, Excellence in all we do.”
