Joe Trowbridge was a Past President of the Texas Chapter of APCO and an APCO International Life Member, He retired as a Communications Inspector for the Texas Department of Public Safety with over 35 years of service. Joe’s wife, Mary, was also an APCO member. Joe was known as a friend of all telecommunicators and attended APCO Annual Conferences for many years. Joe’s hard work and dedication led to many of the advances that public safety communications enjoys today.

Family visitation will be 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017 at Trevino Smith Funeral Home, 2610 S. Texas Ave., Bryan, Texas.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Reliance Cemetery, 6925 Reliance Church Rd., Bryan, Texas.
