APCO RETAINS is getting an update! George Mason University completed a study in 2018 that is being used to make RETAINS even better than it was before.

RETAINS updates include research for emerging technology, changes in training requirements, multitasking requirements, NG9-1-1 and FirstNet and all the related changes to the workload that will be coming.

“Staffing and training in ECC’s has always been an issue and the recent drop in retention rates is alarming,” said Crystal McDuffie while discussing APCO’s staffing, retention and employee satisfaction tool.
