Are You Prepared for an Active Shooter?
Currently one on seven employees do not feel safe at work. With active shooter incidents on the rise everyone must be prepared to respond, which means extensive preparation.
For best end results heavy planning is needed beforehand to ensure leadership and employees are ready to respond to an active shooter. Risk assessment, staff training and awareness, planning, safeguarding infrastructure, establishing administrative controls, response training, and then recovery should all be involved in your preparations.
