(Irving, TX) The new KENWOOD NX-1700(VHF)/1800(UHF) mobile radios are capable of multiple operating modes including Analog FM, NXDN Conventional, NXDN Type-D Trunking, and DMR Tier II Conventional. With the introduction of the new mobile, this completes the full range of radios in the innovative NX-1000 Series as well as the complete NEXEDGE® lineup.  The new NX-1700/1800 radios feature a bright, white back-lit 13 segment, 10-character LCD display, 7-color LED indicator, fully programmable menu and keys, custom emergency profiles, 6W maximum audio output, dual priority scan, and front panel programming.

Designed for use in demanding mission-critical operations and industry applications, 260 channel NX-1700/1800 mobile meets IP54 and Mil-Std standards 810/C/D/E/F/G/H including dust, water, shock and vibration and features GPS connectivity, 260-channel capability, Lone Worker alerts and multiple scan functions including dual/single priority scan and multi-single zone scan.
