Mr. Rogers or Mr. Hyde is the question of the day posed by trainees and other team members encountering less than pleasant trainers, supervisors, or managers and directors.

In this session, an emphasis was placed on remembering the person you were when you commenced your 9-1-1 career. That version of you was probably gentler and not yet cynical.  Guidance was provided on self-evaluations to check your attitude and avoid the negativity spiral, by recollecting your go-to person when you were the trainee.  Attendees left the session with the benefits of a quick yoga exercise, in addition to being equipped with self-care tips for trainers or anyone in a leadership role.
