There is still time left to nominate your outstanding colleagues and teams for world-wide recognition in public safety communications for the 2014 APCO International Public Safety Communications Awards Program (PSAP Awards) and the Technology Leadership Award.

The PSAP Award categories currently include Telecommunicator of the Year, Communications Center Director of the Year, Line Supervisor of the Year, Radio Frequency (RF) Technologist of the Year, Information Technologist of the Year, Trainer of the Year, and Team of the Year.

The Technology Leadership Award recognizes centers for their use of technological advancements and the demonstrated benefit received to their employees and the citizens they serve.

Recipients will receive their awards during APCO 2014, APCO International’s 80th Annual Conference & Expo in New Orleans.

Nominations must be received by April 1, 2014.
