Thomas Kadunce has been an APCO Local Advisor for 6 years. He retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service. Thomas now serves as the Operations Manager for the State of Delaware public safety communications system. He holds a degree in human resource management and avionics technology as well as extensive training in trunked radio technology through Motorola and Harris technical training institutes.
