Sheriff’s Son Pleads Guilty to False 9-1-1 Call
August 25, 2011CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Catoosa County sheriff’s son has pleaded guilty to prank-calling 911 last Halloween and reporting a shooter on the loose in downtown Chattanooga. Jeremy Summers, 28, pleaded guilty in Hamilton County Criminal Court on Tuesday, and Judge Barry Steelman sentenced him to serve three years in jail.
