Knox County Emergency Communications District Selects Intergraph’s Public Safety Software for Multi-Agency Dispatch
August 18, 2013Knox County Emergency Communications District (KCECD) in Knoxville, Tennessee, selected Intergraph to provide its computer-aided dispatch (I/CAD) and Mobile for Public Safety (MPS) software, as well as next-generation 9-1-1 technology partnering with Intrado, to consolidate and improve its multi-agency dispatch. KCECD will also implement I/NetViewer and I/NetDispatcher to enable web-based communications between dispatchers and personnel in the field.
