APCO Files a Project Initiation and Seeks Work Group Members to Create a Standard for Managing Operational Overload in the Public Safety Communications Center

APCO International has filed a Project Initiation with ANSI and has issued a call for participation for work group members to participate in the creation of an ANSI standard addressing emergency communications center overload.
